Today Mother went in to see the Drs. It seems she was a bit upset and told them her opinion. Serves then right. Father is to come home tomorrow. I speak with Leon nearly every day. Today we made an appointment to meet in the afternoon, but I phoned him too late so it was off.

Had to go into the Hospital at noon to hear what the Drs have to say. This was not much however. Old Dr S(t)imel(?) was there too more ugly than ever. Met the son of the gentleman in next room. Quite handsome.

The Dr has been to see Mother. She has to go to Karlsbad earlier this year. Good luck I didn’t go away as I meant to. Perhaps I can manage my August plans then.
